These Are a Few Of My Favorite Things
So why is it on Mothers Day You take the kids to give mom a break, and on Fathers Day you get to spend the day with the kids?
What a great show last night at The Zombie Lounge. The Professors opened up for The Infants, The Hot Rod Trio, and The Buzzbombs...good times. We did a 45 min HIGH ENERGY SET that would've brought Richard Simmons into cardiac arrest. It was fun it was fast it was all good.
So who is coming out to San Diego to see us? We are in desperate need for poker and card playing and just good friendship bonding stuff. I'm shouting out to all my MI peeps saying....head west to see yer buds!
Not much going on here...working and playing with the kids...hanging at the beaches or the SD Zoo. Still a cool breeze blowing @ 70 degrees. Don't know if we are going to make it home for Coast Guard..seems everytime we save up some cash something comes up to deplete it as fast as we save...I am thinking that is the american way.
We miss all our MI Peeps..hope all the Fathers out there have a great day.

Had a good day of camping and fishing with the youngins at Poncho's Pond on Father's Day. Weather was great and we had a good time.
Would love to come out and visit, and if you continue to stay there we will certainly make our way out West to do it. (Unfortunately it will not be soon) I hear ya, with the whole saved money being mysteriously depleted thing. We're in the same boat buddy. (but moving forward)
In a year or two we will be doing much better. (knock on wood)
Hope all is well out there, and don't let the hedonistic and evil California ways obliterate all the Mid-West good in ya. Hold on to your roots, and they will feed you and keep you healthy and sane.

Thats to bad that you might not be able to come home. Its always a good time to be here. I think its the season to deplete everyones savings. You are just going to have to come and not look back at what you should have done. If you plan to fly you can always check out spiritair.com, we booked tickets for our friends to disney for 8.00. They are one way tickets but heck thats cheap. Alwyas a idea. Hope we get to see you.

We have the money, but California is too far away and has all those weird people. (Just kidding, we don't think they are weird) :) Actually we only have money for a few more days. We close on our house Thursday.
We have been watching Beach Patrol San Diego hoping to see you guys on the beach. There sure is alot of beach there.
We miss you guys and wish you could make it to Coast Guard.
He's gone.
