So much has happened...

If anyone out there in the blogworld has yet to experience childbirth... you need to. Find someone who you know who is pregnant and just politely ask them if you can "hang out" in the birthing room when they are having the kid. If they are truly nice people they shouldn't mind at all. Sharing is good for the soul right? This is one of God's miracles that we get to witness first hand... birth. It is a beautiful thing indeed. When a child is born into this world it makes your heart feel like it never has before. Especially when it happens to be your son or daughter. Ten fingers..ten toes..we are good to go!! My daughter was born Friday the 17th at 12:03 in the afternoon, she wieghed in at 7 lbs 14 ounces and 21 inches long, she is definitely a keeper. Our little princess has no idea that her older brother and sister
adore her and will smother her(literally) with more love and affection that she could possibly imagine. It's not as bad as it sounds...a couple lessons of childcare and baby safety should sit really well with my 6 and 2 year old if I could only get them to sit still long enough to listen and learn.
So whatever happened to us? Kids of the 60's. How did we make it this far? No car seats..Mom and Dad smoking a pack of Marlboros everyday...no child swings..what is an exersaucer? We had a rope, a tree, and a tire. I learned how to change the channels on the tv when I was two ( no remote). My Mother was always at home with us and my Dad worked sometimes two jobs to provide for the four of us. It was hectic ...it was crazy..but it was home..and we were always happy and more important.. We were a Family.
Soooooo it is almost feeding time for Payton so I will go assist Mother and bond with G and try and get him out of barbie mode and into trucks and bugs and dirt and boy stuff (it's a guy thing). Then we will walk over to school and pickup D and walk home talking about her day at school. There surely must be a grant somewhere to enable fathers to stay at home with the kids and bond and teach and learn. I am having such a good time with my family. I also would like to thank anyone who reads this blog that has done a meal for us. God Bless you all for your prayers and generosity during our time of family growth. One more Christian youth to enter our public school system and teach others about Jesus. It just doesn't get any better than that.
LYRICS TO A COOL SONG
Lavishly our lives are wasted
Humbleness is left untasted
You can't live your life to please yourself (yeah)
That's a tip from my mistakes
Exactly what it doesn't take
To win you've got to come in last place (yeah)
To live your life you've got to lose it
And all the losers get a crown
I get down and
He lifts me up
I get down and He lifts me up
I get down and He lifts me up
I get down
All I need's another day
Where I can't seem to get away
From the many things that drag me down (yeah)
I'm sure you've had a day like me
Where nothing seems to set you free
From the burdens you can't carry all alone
In your weakness He is stronger
In your darkness He shines through
When you're crying He's your comfort
When you're all alone, He's carrying you
Everytime I'm down the Lord lifts me up
This valley is so deep
I can barely see the sun
I cry out for mercy, Lord
You lift me up again.
Peace Out!!

Well we are about half-way there on our third and trying to come up with names. What do you think of Wade if it's a boy, and Wadeena if it's a girl?

Naaaa! Your right. Those are silly names. (Psych!!)
